Every CompanyHas a Story.
Ours is Written in Evidence.
We build structured software that solves real business problems. This page is how we earned the right to say that.
Visions die between thought and shipped system.
Anyone who has bought software knows the moment. The demo was confident, the contract was signed, and then the work went quiet. Updates turned into reassurance. Reassurance turned into surprise. The vision that started the project never met the system that ended it.
A successful BPO entrepreneur had watched that moment from the buyer's chair for over a decade. Scaling operations across global markets meant buying software, integrating software, and too often surviving software. The pattern was always the same: the talent was real, the visibility was not. Scope drifted in the dark. Quality lived on trust instead of record. And every failed build cost more than money; it cost someone their vision.
So in 2023 he founded a software company built to be the opposite of that pattern: a builder of systems that make people's lives easier, businesses that run cleaner, and ecosystems that connect. Code in service of exactly that, and a name that says so: Codezzi.
The rule from day one: everything trust-oriented, honest, logical, empathetic. If we cannot show the work, we do not deserve the work. That is the company Musnad E Ahmed founded, and the one we still run.
The journey.
Four years of deliberate growth, one milestone at a time.
Six developers and a discipline
Codezzi opens in Dhaka with six developers, a scrum master, and a project manager. Agile from the first sprint, governance from the first commit. That six-person room ships real systems in year one: DonorConnect, a multi-branch logistics ERP, and SkyCRM, the operations platform we still run ourselves. The team is structured around business outcomes from day one.
The partnership year
Codezzi partners with Sam Hung in Australia and launches three products one by one: Trainstop, recognised as Australia's leading athlete recruitment platform; The Breath Haus, the app behind Australia's fastest-growing breathwork movement; and Ridespotr, an AI-powered car-spotting community. The Ad Management SaaS goes live with payments and real-time dispatch operational at launch. Inside the company, the culture takes its written form, drawing on the Trust Triangle of Frances Frei and Anne Morriss: authenticity, logic, empathy, applied to every build.
The Governed Delivery Lifecycle
The discipline that was always practiced becomes the documented standard: six phases, human-controlled gates, written evidence at every step, on every engagement. Architecture, governance, and delivery, built as one discipline. The portfolio deepens across government, sports, support platforms, and ERP work.
A global footprint, a sharpened brand
Dallas and Dubai SHAMS anchor the footprint alongside Dhaka. The team passes 40 engineers, structured to impact industries. The brand rebuilds around the principle it always ran on: Vision, Shipped. In the open, on the record
